I LOVED IT, BUT THE CLIENT DID NOT.

BEING WRONG IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY.
.
I am personally a big believer in partnering with my clients... their happiness outweighs mine tenfold.
.
Some of the designs I have loved haven’t quite hit home with my client - and that’s absolutely fine. I’m not here to dictate to them what they should and shouldn’t have, I offer my solution and if it doesn’t work - we go again with more focus.
.
What I love about being wrong is the opportunity it brings... it gives me a chance to do something even better and look at the brief from a different angle.
.
Staying positive and communicating with your clients will always bring great results - and also build strong relationships.
.
Don’t take rejection personally - it’s a part of the process.
